Seems anchor text is mostly the domain name, but i am using free version of Moz and can only get 5 results, But i have a feeling its varied anchor texts.

RD is very low, no one will buy for a big sum a RD12 domain tbh. On my newest network I skip all domains with RD lower than 20... And avg RD is 40...

Low rd and lots of BLs means spam and a possible penalty. I would personally not take this domain not even for the registration price, but that's my 2c

Everyone thanks for your input. I spent money buying this domain with the assumption its worth more. I guess i was wrong. BHW community has never let me down.

Honest brutal opinions is what makes this community great and i am privileged to be a member here.

Seems like a bad domain, like what BlackBDO said it seems its spammed because of the external backlinks and RD. Usually the higher the externals there is also a decent amount of RD's. Also remember to check archive.org and see how it previously was and if it was a spam site etc.

It depends greatly on what exact health niche you are in. Herbal supplements have a very high ROI and naturally make a lot of money off of sales, for example.

Yes but TF7 says that those domains are not quality domains. I can't tell morefore sure without seeing the domain, but the chances that the 12 domains are huffpost wikipedia and nytimes are very very low. So this domain is spammed from what I see from the metrics.
