If its spamming then buy a vps and setup mass emailing tool. Like email bomber is the name i guess

Free hosting are the worst solution for sending mails. They have blocked ports or limits so you can't do mass mailling. The best option is to vps or dedicated server. Everythinh depends how big is yours recipients list.

There are plenty of autoresponder services for sale here on BHW, if you can't use them, getresponse offers a 30 day trial and allows you to import emails

I tried to use sendpulse and was limited to 2500 but when I uploaded my lists they wanted more info on my lists to proceed . Is there any other services that don't have guidelines like this ?

If you have not used email extractors to harverst your list (I hope you did not) then just tell them where you got them. If your list is not full of email traps you should be fine.
