Android & Or iOS app w\ogads lockers integrated?

Usually I can google anything to death and find an answer or a lead to an answer which leads me BACK to the answer......
I want to use OGads in an App such as mint coins, or Tapporo.
Ive done a BIT of coding in the Android SDK , mainly icon packs for my own enjoyment.
I cannot seem to track down any info on building that specific kind of app.
I MAY be making it harder than it is. I tend to do that on occasion...(ok a lot of occasions)

I have other ad networks as well, I just know that ogads has a lot of prebuilt walls which is why I wanted to try that first.

This is so easy to do. What you need to do is use a webview https://developer.android.com/reference/android/webkit/WebView.html and load the mobile rewards url.
