n00b question: Organic post outreach, hows it work?

Hi guys,

I've done a lot with twitter but I'm a facebook noob. How does outreach work for organic pages now days.

So say I buy a page with 1 million real followers and I post a link/image as a rule of thumb how many people will see that post in their feed and what factors effect that?

Organic reach is really low these days. You may see anywhere from 1% to 5% in my experience, but I'm sure the topic matters also.
