Did you post in their Affiliate thread, and ask what's going on? They could probably tell you how to get accepted far better than a bunch of members speculating..

Crak have really upped their approval percentage. It is really hard to get approved by them nowadays. Do you have a website? I think it is easier to get approved if you have your own website.

if you have a website you will easily get approved
i applied twice
both times i had entered same details expect the website url in 1st attempt , second time i filled the sign up form by adding a website and rest all were the same as i filled in 1st attempt.
Approval is not challenge
the main challenge is conversions
