You can found by youre self at expired domain then you chek DA PA TF and spamscore at moz , also check backlink at whoisdomaintools and check history domain at wayback archive. Make sure that domain hv aged minimum 2 years and check that was drop qty

the idea of a PBN is to have sites that only you can get links from and that stick for years, not only for a few months.
