I am looking for a proxy provider with a network of at least 10-20k IP addresses. I need access to all IPs, they can be in reverse proxy format. Preferably billed by the GB. Budget of $75/mo, or $5/GB. Of course, they can be 'shared'.

I just need lots of IPs + ~2k threads, for a decent price.

Any suggestions?
