On insta the max users i can scrape from "post likers" of a specific post is only 1K even if the post has 10K to a million likes. Is this a bug with MP or instagram limit?
that's a limitation from them, that's all they send via api

i am getting facebook warning for posting notification since yesterday.
Today morning i have restarted the campaign and it gone for a while.
But now at evening it is again appearing.
Do you think facebook give warning due you posting too much posts with same ip address ( i have different accounts though)
What do you suggest not to have this problem.

there could be different reasons, either too much/fast posting , the same message posted or any other number of reasons, I'd advise you to take it easier and grow it gradually
Jumped in and got MP, there's a ton of training vids and articles (I have my work cut out for me). I wonder how long it will take to learn everything. If you guys are looking for future content idea, a "how to get going guide for VA's using MP" would be well received imo.

I am kinda frustated with support. they said that if you selected same profile 2 times in destination list then it will only post 1 time.
Now after i tried it post 2 time duplicate posts.
Now they said
We had a little misunderstood since we thought you'll publish on a Facebook group.
If you added same Facebook profile 2X and you added both profiles to destination list inside one campaign, Mass Planner will publish duplicate posts. Add just one profile wall to destination list in order to avoid this.

I see they didn't really understand the question in the first place so they kept responding not ideally, I apologize for that, it should not have happened, I will discuss this with them and make sure it won't happen. We have a lot of tickets each day and they might have been on a hurry and didn't understand the question fully before answering, which is not good, I know, that's why I am going to take care of this.
On the other hand, the question would have been answered quickly by yourself in 5 minutes of actual testing, no need for support help for this, just saying
To give you a larger view, last 30 days we had a little over 2600 support tickets and each ticket can have as many replies as possible that don't count towards the 2600 number.... we our support deals with a lot.

no, it should be very fast, most probably the csv is not formatted correctly and the import failed. we did an update so it tell you that faster.
If I get locked out for security reason the program can handle it or I need to go through browser?

No, there's no need for a proxy for 2 accounts, on twitter you can go up to 5-10 easily on one ip, if you don't connect them together and take it slow
one license for one computer, you can get several licenses if you need to use it on more computers
Can MassPlanner bulk change usernames for Instagram/Twitter? If so, is there a tutorial on it? Looking to switch from FL... Manual username changing is taking way too much time
you can do it for instagram Social Profiles>Edit Selected Instagram Profiles . Nothing for twitter
I apologize for the double. I did test out & looks like you can only use on 1 computer. I really hope that running 2 twitter accounts to mention / like super fast is safe. I also feel like pushing it even more. Im just a little worried. I think its worth paying twice the amount so i can run it on another IP and be safe. This is amazing software whoever made it. I just bought the license. I just can't find a option to share automatic Facebook posts from other pages. By example: I have "PAGE 1". I have planned a video on 16:00. Exactly on that time, I want to share the post with "PAGE 2". Is this possible and how?
You create a campaign to post to page 1. You create a second campaign and add page 1 in what to publish- share post of that second campaign, this will monitor that page and when there are new posts it will share them to wherever you set campaign 2 to post.
I have a question about this setting. For example i'm running 10 IG accounts with a tag "xbox" and 15 IG accounts with a tag "iphone". I want ALL accounts to follow different users! Should i check this option?

No, this will make it so only the 10 xbox are different and the 15 iphone are different, but in between them there might be the same users if you've selected similar sources.
