adsense content disapproved

hello

guys i keep getting rejected from adsense for having like a online shopping website that full of product and when ever i try to apply for adsense they reject me saying i have no good content or too meny images

what can i do or what should i do to fix this ??

You'll make more with an online shop selling actual products instead of sending potential clients to another website via adsense anyway.

Create Blog Section.
Add few HQ Articles related to your niche (at least 1000 words per Article).
Apply Again.

i have a very good writer thats in my family and he writes alot of articles

should he write articles based off my keywords or just a random article ? with my url ?

and where should i submit these articles ?

You should Create Blog Section (same as you create categories for your products). Yes, you should target keywords (you can not write about cars if u wanna sell beauty products). Other option is Product Descriptions or Product Reviews.
You need to Learn On-Page Seo.

but also lets say for example i have a beauty online website
and i write a article about beauty stores or beauty online shopping with related keywords to my website
how does that article link back to my "money website " ?? do i put the website link at the bottom of the article ?

You do not need backlink. The article will be posted on your website (your domain).
Example: If you are selling foundations, your article keyword will be Types of Foundation, How to Choose the Best Foundation Shade...
