worth putting on Flippa - mywebpage.host

I don't get it what do you guys mean that I wasted my money? I got a offer of $205 he has send it to the company that is between us, so I still haven't got it in my bank account but I'm sure that everything will go fine.

Nice sale. They are only 2 reported sales besides yours for the .host extension:

I find this new extensions confusing and some of them are even redundant like .host and .hosting
But who knows, only time will tell...

also for 205 - fees = 160 dollars I can buy 16 .com domains.
should I just try buy and sell some more?
only problem is that with 160 dollars I can actually only buy 8 domains and put them up on Flippa because of the fees.
- but on sedo I just saw they ask 15% of the sale. -
so 16 domains and if just sell one of them for 184+ dollars again I can continue doing this.

If you're going to invest in more domains may I suggest you focus on Com's and stay away from the new Gtlds.
Focus on short brandable and pronounceable names that would pass the radio test.
7 letters or less, stay away from TM names regardless of age and serp.
