SEO agency recommendation / review

Hi there,

I'm new to all this SEO stuff so learning fast. I'm looking to hire an SEO agency / freelancer to improve my organic SEO rankings. My site has had no SEO work so far. Just basic on site stuff.

Currently i've done some research and have around 400 long tail keywords where i'm ranking higher than 50 for. Most of these have monthly search volumes of around 50-200. I was thinking thats the best bet to go.

I'm not sure if i'm allowed to ask this but does anyone have any recommendations of an agency or contractor have used would recommend?

hmmm,.for me,i dont really have any but you can still do some research on the internet to search out for SEO agencies that are very good and of high reputation.

Yeah thanks, most agency's i've been speaking too are offering services starting from £1k+ a month. I found one for £500 + VAT a month but they tie me into a 6 month contract and £3k is a lot to spend just to find out if they are good.
