Is proxies easy to use?

Hello.
I have been thinking on trying one of those IG journeys and read that they need proxies. So I was thinking on trying to get into using proxies. And I am totally blank on what it is. I am affraid I have do go into cmd and to a lot of command stuff.

Or is it like "hidemyass" or "Hola", or an app with some kind of interface I can set the proxy and browse with google chrome, or install some kind android emulator?

They are not hard to use, I'm using Firefox with an addon called proxy selector and with that addon I can just put them all in and change whenever I want to use a different one.

Also they are really easy to connect with the bots to if you going to use bots so you should give it a try fun to learn something new
