For example:

I make a limited in Hong Kong. Lets call it "Internet Solutions". Could I start many websites under this company (like a mother company), in different niches? Like I make one shopping website, another SEO service website, then a food ordering website etc. You get what I mean.

Could I bring all the income from all the different websites under the "Internet Solutions" company?

I hope you understand me.

I don't have much knowledge but it is possible. Just look at Google. They have created Alphabet & now all of their products including Google is under it.

You can have as many website as you like. Why should that be a problem?

You don't need a company per website. You can operate everything you want with one company. If you decide to register a second company that is own by the parent company, that's also possible, but you wouldn't really need that just because you are running more than one websites.

Yes, you can. You can run hundreds of different Websites and Services under the same Company Name and Registration Number. No Problem at all. Best Regards.

Can I hijack your thread and add another question of mine? :)

Lets say my company is named "X" while my shop is named "Y", will I have any problem registering this shop under its name? "Y"?

For example when trying to list my shop as a business in google or any other index, will they ask for my papers and name my shop "X" because this is the name of my company? Or "Y" should be fine although I don't have any legal document supporting this brand name?

I am asking this to understand the needed infrastructure for multiple registered business (with different names and niches) over 1 company.

I use a parent company with 3 child companies. I have my main company, we'll call it "mytech", this company then owns the three children "myrealestate" "mygaming" "myseo" - each of these companies have their own accounts, are listed as the registered owners of each of their respective sites etc. "mytech" recieves varying amounts from each child company, based on total amounts of income and tax brackets. I'm also listed as an employee of each company, to recieve regular "paychecks" to give myself a personal income.

I do this for 2 main reasons: 1) Protecting myself in case someone decides to sue me. 2) Pay as few tax dollars as possible.

Its not a Problem as long its visible to Customers on your Contact Page. Business Name can be different from Company Name.

For Example:

Shop Y: Finest Belgium Chocolate
Company X: ABC Trading Limited

Shop Y 2: Street & Urban Clothes
Company X: ABC Trading Limited

You can run so many Shops as you want under same Company. Only dont use protected Trademarks as your Business Name.

I guess your Mother Company is Offshore somewhere in Panama and no Subject to Income Tax =).

And the country you reside in doesn't have any controlled foreign corporation laws negating that loophole?
