I tested the service by asking for a list of various tasks from basic SEO jobs to graphic design, all of which was delivered to the deadlines requested.

Was the work of the greatest quality... no. But for what you pay it's still good value.

I also talked with the VA's on skype, their skills in English were not fantastic but they has no issues understanding what I was asking for.

It's a good service for the money.

How does the communication with the VA works.. simply by e-mail or?
 
I have a few questions:
Communication by Skype?
Can I hire one "SEO VA", and have him also do other types of work, like simple Photoshop, research, and data entry?
Will he be working under supervised conditions, in an office?
Do you monitor the work?
Do you monitor his pc and skype?
Will I be working with the same VA over time, or should I expect to work with different people?
Can I give a bonus for good job, and how big part will go to VA?

if u give other type of work, then we will reduce number of packages.
