Can I use a Facebook logo on my website?

I've seen some sites where people use CNN logos or ABC logos for the acai berry stuff. How would i determine the legality of using a Facebook logo on my website? Would i just need a disclaimer saying I am not affiliated with facebook in any way? Thanks in advance guys!

As long as it doesn't imply you hold rights to the logo..I'm sure it will be OK. Maybe link it to your FB page? I'd put a little disclaimer too, might as well be safe.
