I got an email today after my account got disabled.
I feel desperate to join during these difficult times, but I don't know.

Should I join this network below?

Hey,

I hope you are well.

I am the Talent Manager for Ritual. I actually work other similar creators on YouTube and found your channel through one of the suggested videos on their channel. I have watched your videos and I absolutely love the content you create. I'd really love to work with you.

We are a talent agency and video network that works with creators to provide them with additional brand deals and to also protect and monetize their assets.

I would be really interested in talking with you as we believe we can help make you a lot of money and handle a lot of your audience development on YouTube. We’re willing to invest into your channel and help you further your growth.

Do you have a phone number we can call you on? Or would it be easier for me to email you?

I look forward to hearing from you.

Kind regards,

Talent Manager

If your account or AdSense got disabled, joining a network won't do anything.

It's my YouTube account that got disabled. And let's say if my YouTube account magically becomes active again, can joining a network help prevent me from getting banned, especially if I didn't do anything wrong?

lol if your YouTube account gets disabled it's over for you. If it's just the adsense part there are still ways to monetize

How? If you have 1 extra channel with 100 subs, but you can't monetize it via AdSense, then what can one do?

Joining a network will only help you getting access to some additional tools like royalty free music, get in touch with other youtubers sharing same network and some more.
But they cant help when your channel is about to get banned.

Don't feel bad bud. Start all over just be careful next time. Good luck.

I don't think joining a network help prevent you from getting banned. A network just pay to you base on advertising on video, not relate on content. You should make another account or contact to youtube to ask more information.

Take your losses and move on it's a learning experience , all of us have to deal with
You learn from that mistake and you'll be sure not to make it a second time
