Grammarly is just a tool and it is up to you how you use it. If you accept blindly all the corrections it will lead you nowhere.
But if you open your article and quickly look for typos, wrong is/are, using the same word in one paragraph (for instance 3x great),
too much passive, it will be a big help for sure.
I mean, it is stupid for a client to ask for 100 score, otherwise it is a great tool.
