I need alternative cpa networks for Ad-center.com

Hi everyone,
I've been with ad-center.com for 1 year and earning very well. However, ad-center currently decided to remove payoneer from their payment method, and I have to switch to paypal.
It sucks because payoneer is the best payment option for me. I need to find some other similar networks who pay per sign up and convert well for "Download" niche. ( and they pay via payoneer of course).
If any of you have a good network, please let me know. I'll sign up under your referer link.

what is with paxum? payoneer ist getting more and more worse....they cut down accounts because of adult traffic and also dating is getting risky! thats why we stop working with them ........paxum is more easy and offers the same like payoneer....difference is only that the bank of them is on cayman islands...so perfectly offshore...Funds Transfer To Other Paxum Account Holders $0.25
