My question is how to monetise that , and avoid problems ( maybe theyre not all optin ...). i guess i cant work on cpa offers made in clickbank and other famous sites it considered like a spam

With great difficulty. Because whenever you mail them your gonna get your IPs banned.

Also make sure you filter your email list to make sure none of the emails are spam traps or honeypots, otherwise all your emails will get tagged as spam by IPS.

Well I highly recommend you to setup your own host and then in email send your own link. And when recipients click on your link then redirect them to anywhere (maybe affiliate? I don't know if that works and won't get you banned.)

I personally in past did a lot of email banging (yeah )

Here are some tips from my experience:
1. Send emails in small batches (like: 5-10k [thought I sent in mini batches 1-2k]) and do a lot of clicks/actions analysis.
2. Use different email templates/texts after every batch
3. Switch sending server and email addresses after every batch
4. Don't send same marketing links to all your email recipients (instead buy several different domain names [you'll easily find them for cheap])
5. Do not send emails to all your batches in a single day if you are not changing your sever or marketing links.

I sent over 2,30,000 click emails for my own hosted product in which approx. 41,000 clicks were received. I kept sending in small batches and kept changing marketing link as well as email server(Amazon SES, sendgrid etc).

By the way, if you want to try to make some bucks then try to sell on fiverr maybe someone may buy

To me with such a huge number of emails, there is a lot that you can be able to do. You need to start considering email marketing and how you can monetize this. First be sure that you try and just group the persons with the criteria that you think is intelligent. It will make you know which group is likely to get a certain type of offer. You can as well sell the list to companies.

This is getting harder and harder. Unfortunately, there is no magic bullet. To get delivered, it has to be a clean list and a reputable ESP.

I have been monetizing purchased data (email) for over 16 years. I do it mainly through PPL (pay per lead) offers. The sole reason being that there is no credit card / purchase required to complete an offer. All a user has to do is fill out a form, so conversion rates are typically much higher than offer that require a purchase.

I also promote free signup (dating for example), free trials +s/h (weigh loss for example) and a small number of offers that are actually purchases. The key to all this is that you want to be promoting offers that have mass appeal...will be of interest to the largest possible audience.

You need to signup to CPA networks and see what offers they have an payouts. Obviously you only want to promote offers that allow email.

I favor offers that have a make, get or save money angle / benefit to them. This is what has worked best and tends to have the greatest amount of mass appeal, so the potential exists to produce volume. Verticals like...insurance, education, debt, mortgage, loans, credit, assistance, etc...

The above is the easy part. The hard part is delivering the mail. There is far more that goes into then you may think, if you have never done it before.

I also strictly work with data that the users have given permission to receive 3rd party messages, so it's can-spam compliant. I also mainly just work with US data, as there are many offers for it. There are a decent amount of offers for UK, but I don't really do much with it.

Spamming is not that effective these days. I wouldn't bother sending out 20 mil emails.
