Payment processor that discounts 2nd, 3rd, 4th.. recurring payment

PayPal can't seem to do this but I'm looking for a payment processor that lets me set the recurring price for my software at $97/month then for every recurring payment after that, it's only $87/month. So I give them a discount if they don't cancel.

I think paypal allowed this ? May be i am wrong but i see one person doing this. Yo can use JV zoo or 2 checkout i think they got this option.

Not sure if paypal can do this.. But this is something you can easily setup with your eCommerce platform. I know for a fact that if you have WooCommerce subscription, you can get this done.

I've checked JvZoo and I don't see any options like that. They run off PayPal so if PayPal doesn't have this then they probably won't.
As for 2Checkout, my account is closed over there, so I'm going to steer clear of those con-artists.
