I started dropshipping a week ago , using shopify , payed for the store , invested 100$ in fb/instagram ads , no order. i searched for some guide online about facebook ads , how to improve etc but still nothing.

I need someone to talk with and help me a bit , I really want to work hard on this but I don't know what I'm doing wrong, maybe it's shopify, maybe it's facebook ads, maybe i should try on amazon/ebay.

Can anyone help me ? if yes, pm me your skype if you want

Or maybe it's one of 1000 other possible factors. I run stores by myself as well as an ecommerce agency and it's crazy how many people underestimate the work it takes to be successful with ecommerce nowadays, where thousands and thousands of shops are opened per day.

Of course i cant help from the info I know so far. May I know which kind of store you own? Eventually FB ads is the complete wrong decision here, since people go on FB to be entertained and socialise and not get ads for "boring" products :)

Agreed , FB is used for "Branding" your company not for sales.

Exactly, it will help you in the long term, since you raise brand awareness and get social proof by having a big audience. But don't expect pure leads by throwing some money at Facebook, at least if you are a beginner.

Facebook ads are better for building your brand like your fanpage for example.

I think a lot of things that afford to your bussiness. And about facebook ads, with me, it is still a effective channel

Be patient! Mb your targeting settings are wrong? What's your niche (if it's not a secret)? Ads and targeting depend on a niche, you know.

I am starting my onlinestore, I have not released to to customers yet, have not made any advertisements, I actually don't have a good budget of money to make a big risk, I am worried. I understand that such business needs invest of time, money and patience. Any recommendations to make a reliable start? I will really appreciate it. Thank you
