No it doesn't and no they don't.. I was scammed.. contacted them as advised.. I was told I was a newbie, and they couldn't work with me. The next day I was contacted by a Skype account with the same name SOCIALPANEL24... had a conversation sent funds .. no results.. then I was contacted again.. they pretended it wasn't them I spoke with on skype, when it was clearly their name.. and then accused me of scamming them!!! This guy who claims to be the real person.. still didn't even try to rectify the situation by trying to give me actual proper service or anything to solve my problem.. Only don't contact him after my money has been stolen.. That's bad business.. I would have had more respect for this guy if he had tried to assist me especially after he said that it wasn't him that took my money. See my conversation below.
