LOL! What makes you to think that someone will provide free VPS? Umm.. by the way, maybe this can help you - there are some web hosting services that offer free trials. You can try those. Search on Google. Maybe u will be able to get some VPS hosting services with free trial offers.

dont know of anyone that would get a free VPS
Please follow the instructions, a to z, at the end you will get a file which you can download on your system and then you can run that VPS right away.
