Declining message requests

I have been receiving alot of message requests from basically idiots who dont realise my accounts are posts with various hot girls. Like "hi i want sex" and dick pics etc. Ive been declining them and get the message "this user will no longer be able to send you messages"
The only thing is sometimes one of these perverted idiots will send a group message to my account and 12 other fitness/hot girl accounts. Ive been declining them for the past 2 months since i started my journey.
Since i updated the IG app it now says "pervert and 12 other people will no longer be able to send you messages"
Im worried about this because those other similar accounts may one day want to message me for a shoutout when my pages are big enough.
Does anyone know if that means they are completely blocked from messaging me? Or will it just come through as another request?
Or if that person follows me would they be able to message me?

Same happens with my account (I dont get dick pics though )
There is no way to stop messages without blocked.. just ignore them like I do

I get weird DMs at least 10 times a day. Random pictures of people and stuff even though my account is travel. I just decline them all. Doubt I will "need" people in the future who just send random pictures to everyone, lol.

I find it really weird. Even similar accounts with less than 1000 followers message me for a shoutout and when i ask for payment sometimes they say "are you a girl? do you want a dick pic instead"
90% are from the middle east.
Or today i sent a paypal link and they said "i will give you $50 for sex"
Even if i was a girl, why the fuck would i fly to the middle east to have sex for $50

I dont need the ones that start the message but when they include similar big accounts in a group message ive been accidently blocking them too.

It's the one that added you, or messaged you first, that you end up blocking. So block away!
