No offence but I'm lost here, if you have a site related to web promotion then you should know better where to get those links right?

There are tons of posts here that can give you clues where to put the links, even how to find Angela's links.

I'm a little bit confused, but anyway, if you need backlinks to your site then just simply GAF it. To make money online you have to outsource as much as possible, then you will have enough time for brainstorming.
