I ordered these posts. Here's my review :
It had no impact AT ALL. I contacted the servie provider, and he said that i shouldn't have expected that my site should appear under top 100 results in serps. Then i checked on google search console, and links aren't there either. Long story short, from google's perspective, these links don't exist.

Tbh it sounds like you have no clue about SEO.

1) How long did you wait before deciding it had no impact?
2) Why do you check the links in the search console? Didn't you receive a report and thus can check whether the pages are indexed in Google or not?
