How Much for my website

Hi,

I own a website ( In french / French keywords ) to re-sell Facebook likes / Twitter Followers / Instagram / Youtube services ( fiverr provider and Seoclerks )

I earn, in net profit, between 250$ and 650$ a month for doing nothing : 2 hours of work a week, it's really not a lot time . When someone is buying on my website I just have to buy the same service on seoclerks / fiverr, the net margin is 60/70%.
I'm on first page for 3 major keywords, in french.

Someone want to buy my website for 3k€, is that the real value of my website ?
This business is risky, facebook can decide to close your website etc, did you advise me to sell it or to keep it ? 3K€ is the good price or not ?

There are some Journey thread where people specify how much they sold their website. The number tends to be around 20X earning for last 3 months average.

You earn between 250$ and 650$ a month

Low = 250 X 20 = 5000$
High = 650 X 20 = 13,000$
Average = (250+650)/2 X 20 = 9000$

Just based on those number you should not sell it for 3000$.

Yes if this is a good scale-able method then you should def start investing into more sites. If you have 100 of these sites you'll be making 25000$ and 65000$ per month.

Really interesting advise ! Thanks, I'll create more websites to increase my money incomes. I would like to do it in other languages

My competitors are Web agency with really big and expensive PBN, so I created HQ backlinks really HQ !
From domains with TF an CF 35+ and DA 40+ if possible, 70% of articles are HandWritten in french with more than 4000 uniques characters ( others in English )
NO GSA
NO SCRAPBOX
It takes me 6 months ( 8 hours a week ) to build 750 links but with URL rating between 70 and 80 and Domain ratings between 75 and 85 on ahrefs.
With this hard work I came from page 9th to 1st page, middle of the page. ( My domain is 1 year old when all my competitors have a 5-6 years old domains )
I don't own these PBNs I Pay 1,5€ for each backlinks ( I give article to the pbn's owner and he put m french article on it )

Ok thanks, I'm also ranked top 2nd page for BIG keywords, if I come on the first page soon it will increase my website value I suppose ?
And 6-8k is still better than 3k !
