Instagram SEO (Google Ranking)

Hi there,

Recently I have searched a keyword in google (my query on google: Instagram "keyword"), which my Instagram account name contains in description and in account name. But did not come up in the results in most of the pages. I am being followed by 10k people, and I can not find myself in google.

And stupidly, an account which has 2k followers, which posted weeks ago came up ranking 1st. (They even left the account inactive and I am sure they didn't do anything regarding SEO because post's quality were low)

Sometimes I lose my trust to google. So

1- What can be done for SEO of instagram in google?
2- Do you think SEO of instagram account in google is important ?

I guess you should try to get in or write your own "Top "keyword" Instagram accounts to follow" - so you can increase your backlinks to rank better in google.
