Can anyone get an Instagram account reenabled

My Instagram account had been flagged a few times and now when trying to get it back Instagram is saying it wont reenable. I have seen people claim they can get these accounts back if so please leave info.

Is it your personal account? if so you might be able to recover (i am not sure though..)

Very hard to do, if it's a bot account I would start anew. Don't put all your eggs in one account

it was an account i started from scratch got up to 800k. No bots or anything nothing but real followers. I got disabled alot though because of the nature of the account.
