US Bank Acount for foreigns

Hi, anyone knows how and what banks offers accounts for foreigns?

I'm not from US, and i need it to withdraw big money from paypal every month...

I want an US bank account with an international ATM card, obviously I don't have SSN number

any advice will be appreciated!

thanks but I searched google and i didn't find any "free" information, also i don't want an offshore account, i want a US standard and legal bank account for foreigns...

It depends on what country you're from. As a Canadian, I've just gone across the border and opened an account with the Bank of America without a SSN. Got a checking/savings account with online access and all I brought was my passport & drivers license.

not, not enought, there're only paid services or ebooks on "how to open a us bank account" , other sites mention e*trade, not longer working to non us residents.
I was looking for an advice, some experienced non us resident who knows how to open an account.
I don't want to pay strangers to open an account and deposit 2.5k to open it, i need a trustable bank, not offshore, not ebook, not scam

I don't asking how to hack nasa, or how to make 300k per day without searching..
I'm asking for an advice from someone who has opened a bank account in the US

Unfourtounally i can't go to US to open a bank account i'm from south america

Use - Payoneer U.S virtual bank account, they provide atm/debit card too.
If you have payoneer debit card you can apply for U.S account beta tester by emailing them to - [email protected] or [email protected]

well, i received an email from them, and it seems that they are not accepting me to be beta tester..
