1. How old is your domain? How competitive are your keywords? There are many factors. Ask me on Skype for detailed guide.
2. You can use indexing services. But they do not work quite well atm. You better create lots of tier 2 backlinks to your tier 1.
3. Mate, how long have you been using RankerX? It is highly recommended. For why, just think about it.

livejournal works well. Maybe your account had some problems. I'll check other sites. Could you please PM me the accounts for those sites?
