Hi, what happend to your service ? I've been very content with your page, but now I lost almost 60000 IG followers. Did they have been deleted?
On the first page here in BHW you say :
TOS
2. We make replacement if amount of followers is reducing.

How long would this take?
 
Im loosing instagram follower too here.. what should i do? wait or will u refund to my balance in your panel?

Same thing happened. Thought it only happened to me. I ordered HQ followers for a couple of small accounts just to test the service first, and saw followers dropping after a few days. I checked those dropped followers and they're not deleted by IG or anything - they just unfollowed.

I opened a ticket after that and I appreciate that they replaced those followers real quick. But the replacements are, in my opinion, not as good as the ones who dropped. Some of the replacements also unfollowed after a few days.

Support said the followers are real and can do whatever they want. I still have balance left but I won't bother ordering again.

Adding that I ordered a small amount of RU HQ followers to test the service and they delivered those orders to the small test accounts I mentioned. I didn't include that info, so here it is.

I have bought followers from you and i lost between 30,000-33,000 for profiles i have been buying from you.
Its been 8 days since they vanished and no efforts of replacement have been done.
I contacted support and they told me that there is no guarantee for replacement.
When I checked the support tickets apparently you deleted the comments about not having a replacement gurantee.
What is happening here? I need a solution?
Your support is giving vague replies.

Honestly this is bad for your customers. Give me a solution. I PMed you but you are not replying.

Same thing happened to me. Their support is frustrating me, no refills and no refunds.
