hitleap with VPS for alexa?

Hey guys.

Back with my questions again x) hope it doesnt bother ya.

So I've been surfing around the web when I found a traffic exchange program, called hitleap. Since I have a vps, I thought about using it on my vps to get some organic traffic.

Tested it with a test blog, and got me around 1k unique visitors in a few hours.

So my question is, is it safe? If I used it with my main blog (which doesnt have any traffic yet ) would it cause a risk? Also, is it worth it to rank my site better?

Hit leap is safe for blog views i wouldnt imagine there any good for adsense impressions or anything.

But with hitleap, most people ain't active. So it wont work to sell traffic I guess, or would it?
