Copy an App, budget android 200USD, iOS 300USD

Need a app like camerafi but can also can use on VR goggle(split the screen)
Basic idea: use OTG cable get the non phone camera video showing on the phone screen. We have sample already able to show you.
Have a sample for who are interest. Must be fast,
PS there are open source for it already as I know but I am not programmer,
Price as above! budget android 200USD, iOS 300USD

The price to develop such android app is at least $2500. But, if you find someone from India or country like that I think you can get it for lower price.
I develop android app too, but I can't do that at $200. Also, your idea is not really clear and if you are looking to use camera of camera-phones on non-camera ones, i hate to break it to you. Its not gonna work easily and even if it does, it will cost you lot of money. Old phones do not have otg support.
My advice to you would be to outsource this via Upwork or elance. There are lot of good Indian developer who may do it. Goodluck.
