Web 2.0 question

So I just purchased a service of 50 Web 2.0 off a guy on our forum here.

I asked him a bunch of questions on anchor ratio and link placement he seemed to understand how to safely make them. I just got my report and all are made with the same username and email and I am guessing IP as well. Just want to verify, this is a problem right as I brought it up to him saying that is a major footprint and he continued to tell me that Google doesn't check the stuff.... I'm not a pro on Web 2.0 creation but it seems not right to me.

I dont think the usernames are a real problem to be honest. If you are using
the same platform twice it is very important to create them with different IP´s.
If he used the same IP for all the web 2.0 properties, then it could be bad indeed.

Assuming that all of the properties are with different web 2.0 platforms then no i dont think its an issue - because the email is not published anywhere on the web 2.0 account is it?
Even if the properties are not all on seperate platforms, again the email is not published anywhere.

I think the only time it could be an issue is if you had a lot of the same platform and same email - then the provider of the property might ban you for mass account creation. But assuming that the seller uses a different email for each of his clients (which would make sense) i dont see the issue.

And for IP address - the same thing applies, no one on "the outside" is going to be able to see that information.

Really you just need different properties, different property names, different author names if they are publically visible and differnt content / layout / pages etc.

Of course if you make 2 x wordpress.com accounts then you need two seperate IPs otherwise you risk getting the accounts deleted by WP. but if you have 50 properties each on a different platform, surely 1 ip is not an issue? As long as the next batch that you run (for another client for example) is on a fresh ip). Right?

I'm loosing rank since I purchased have a feeling I need to be doing some disavowing...

Then again it could also be because my incoming link quality went down... In which I just need to work on tier 2

I dont think that web 2.0 property creation alone has any real and fast impact on your rankings.

Only if you boost them with tier 2 / 3 such as GSA blasts then they will take actions on your rankings.

If he set the blog URL using same keyword like -
abcd.wordpress.com
abcd.weebly.com
abcd.jimdoo.com

then it will be a problem. Creating blog URL using variation is a good way to set the blogs now. And if he creates 50 blogs using same 50 different platform with same IP that will not be an issue. But if any platform repeat twice or thrice then have to use different IP. And as an anchor text what you did for all 50 blogs? Same anchor for all or you used LSI keyword as well? Anchor text variation is a must here. Don't worry about the rank fall now. Check how many blogs are indexed in Google. Because rank fall might be happened for another reason if blogs are not indexed.

Yes only if you blast them with links they will take real impact on your rankings. Thats my experience at least.

Completely agreed with @Finn comment. Even i dont know how many blogs are indexed. You can try with 2nd/3rd tier using GSA or Cheap PBN links....

what about the quality of content?
what about index status of these web 2.0?
and most importantly, what the age of your money site?
While ordering or creating web 2.0 I always keep in mind these aspects in mind. I think first you should make some authority of money site then next process.

Username not a problem for web2.0 ..problem is when he use wrong domain title and heading.
