1) All templates / bots that are created in ZennoPoster/ZennoBox can be executed only from standard view of ZennoPoster or ZennoBox.
There's in built feature for input settings that can be filled before bot executions http://zennolab.com/wiki/en:input-settings
If you know C# you can create any form with usage of C# dlls which will be shown after user start bot in ZennoBox
2) ZennoPoster has FireFox engine. You may use fully functional browser in instance, or POST/GET requests without browser at all or shrinked version of browser which doesnt display any data but use the same FireFox engine (but it reduce processor usage)
3) No, you will be able to upload new version in admin panel when you want without any fee for you or clients. Users will get new version of bot after restarting of their ZennoPoster/ZennoBox

As far as i understand watsapp requires authorization with mobile app with QR code.If you do this manually, everything else (browser related) can be automated. With any complex logic
