Just wanted to say the support is top notch. Havent received this kind of treatment with anything I bought, what more it's something online. Bugs get fixed in about 1 day. And the fact is update gets pushed to me automatically.
This, is unlike another similar software that only handles fb, which i havent got anything working ever since i bought it, and I have to keep requesting for updates on skype for a bugfix.
This is leaps and bounds ahead of the competition. All the tickets are tracked, all feature request is replied to (yes, a feature request that gets replied, asking for further input), and best thing is it has almost everything I ever wanted already to get things done. If you have bought a dozen of softwares, you will know what I mean. Some devs just outright thinks we the customers are stupid and completely ignore feature request, saying this is not in the roadmap, bla bla excuses to cover up for their lack of skills.
MP support team is knowledgeable even though not part of the developer's. Also I don't wanna be racist here but sometimes, some people just gets it in one to two sentence. I hate it when I have to repeat myself 2 times in a different way on the phone to a customer support call and use the "where is your manager, call your manager to talk to me". Nope, MP had none of that frustration on me.
TLDR - Buy it, you wont regret.

I see that it can handle only 24 accounts(4 accounts per platform), is there an option where in i can manage hundreds of accounts specifically facebook accounts? And if i need this software to be used by 4 different people at the same time, will it be possible? thanks
Hi, I am just trying out M.P. on a couple of FB accounts I have and on the face of it the software looks incredible but I am having a newbie problem. I have found and joined a number of groups and have been trying to post to the groups (about 14 so far) but I must be doing something wrong? I have got my destination list sorted but when I try to create a new campaign I am being told that there is nothing to publish even though I have created an article / photos to post? Obviously doing something wrong but what?? Any help, thanks.

A very interesting software! I have a question about “Automatic follow/unfollow” feature! How do i use it? Should i enable this feature both in Follow and Unfollow tabs? Should i start both Follow and Unfollow tools? Will it just follow to about 6000 followers, then unfollow to 1000, then again follow to 6000 and etc automatically without me needing to start and stop the bot?
And also when copying setting to other accounts what does "make target sources identical to this account" mean?

we get asked this question all the time, unfortunately there's no good answer for it, because it depends on a lot of things like age of accounts, usage patterns and many more, also each platform is different and changing constantly, what I'd advise you to do is join our fb group and talk with people there that have the same strategy as you and see how they're doing it and what settings they are currently using.
CC payments in ~ 1 week.
if you added the username and password for the accounts into MP it should verify them automatically...

Can you do this manually? if you can let us know what you have in mind, if it cannot be done manually, we probably can't do it automatically as well.
the account creation was never in the trial version, it was a separate module, and it's not available at this time anyway.

yes, there is an unlimited module you can get so you can add as many accounts as you want for each platform , as for using it for 4 people, you will need 4 licenses.

Did you actually click add post after creating the post? Do you see anything in the post list tab? Watch the tutorials to understand better how everything works.

Each tab is a tool, you need to set it up and enable each one, yes. I guess you're interested in IG since you mentioned the 6k max followers, for Ig you can set it so each tool stops and starts the other when you reach certain limits like you said.
as for the copy settings, if you just copy it will add the same setting to the account you're copying but will also keep the settings that account had, like if account 1 had 10 sources for a task and account two has 5 different ones and you copy settigs from account 2 to account 1, acount 1 will have 10 sources and all the settings changed. If you use " make target sources identical to this account" it will only have the 5 from account two..

1) I'm using Massplanner only for Instagram! I want to run 100 accounts simultaneously. Do i need to change the first value also to 100?
2) Does Massplanner show when the account's link is banned by ig?

1. no, only the instagram connections value
2. yes, it will show a red ! in the social accounts tab near the account with problems

However I do have a question and a request:
-In the settings tab, what exactly does "maximum number of concurrent instagram connections" mean? Does it mean the maximum number of instagram accounts with active connections (performing actions like follow/unfollow etc.) or something else? And how does this relate to the "maximum number of simultaneous connections" option? Due to my setup this is very important to know, and I haven't found the answer anywhere.
-Will there be an option in the future for limiting FB friend requests by geo? This would be a huge help for me, and others as well I'm sure!
