Looking for help on building proxy servers / subnets

I'm looking for help on building proxy servers... i have access to high speed servers but id like to make subnets ... need help on connections to good Virgin IP providers as well as help setting up the subnet and getting everything working... To build a proxy server is not so hard. You can easily do this. Try to look up in youtube tutorials. It may help you.

Building an one IP proxy server isn't hard, but OP wants to build multi proxy solution with different route/subnet.
