Any Working Followers/Likes Panel?

Instagram recently updated and a bunch of accounts got banned and many people buying followers lost a lot of followers. I own a reselling service and am in need of a reliable panel with competitive prices.

Do any of you know of a panel that is still working? My main panel and backup panel are both out of service.

I believe most panels are down, which is severely unfortunate. I've had to put my site on maintenance mode. I really need a panel quickly.
