I applied for a Bing Ads account about 2 nights ago and did not put in a payment method or an LP. I didn't know what offer I wanted to run. THey verified all my information by email and by talking to me over the phone, that info my statement that I had not put in a LP or payment method but I would when I created the LP. I told them I thought I wanted to use a card that would get me air miles but I wasn't sure what payment method would be best for me. Then, they closed it. Their email told me it was final and they considered the issue closed. Basically they told me to drop dead and that they thought I might be someone that would be harmful to their other advertisers.

I had never advertised with them or anything ever before, not under any name.

Is it still possible to get a Bing account if I use different details?

I can make another email but how about my name, address, and phone number. those I can't change. I didn't put in a payment method, so that won't be a problem.

I don't have any of that shit in Google Adwords and they didn't close my account. I just want to get one so I can promote offers.

You need to be very careful, when something is on demand and hard to find there are a lot of scammers ( personal experience ). Be sure to check the account is really working and have already a dummy campaign running when you buy one

Thanks for the tip on buying an account.
Can I just make a new one or will they know my address and phone number and kick it out.

You need to make a new one with a new payment method, name, Address, IP, and cookies.

Or you could buy one

I think I understand. I was worried about the credibility of the account. The ability to use it long term. But I don't need to. Even if they close it on me. All that will be lost is the money they can't charge my credit card.

Can you tell me if they personally talk to new advertisers. They did with me yesterday but that is because I didn't do a complete account. I didn't put in a URL to advertise or a payment method. I though it was like Adwords. I could figure out my KWs and then put that stuff in.
Anyway, do they usually want to talk in person or will a complete account likely get me through with a phone code and email address check. Or I could also just write down my phony info and tell it to them if they call.

I just don't want anymore problem. I just want it to go through.
Should I buy a prepaid credit card too, so if the account gets closed it won't effect my real credit cards.

Usually they don't ask you anything unless their system detects something suspicious.

If they close your account and ask you to contact them just give up and make a new one

Thanks for answering. My whole campaign sort of rests on using Bing. So you took a load off of my shoulders.

Glad to help! I run/sell quite a few bing accounts and run into these problems all the time

If I can't make this work I know where to go to get one. Awesome

It strange that they block it if you create it on your own. They block accounts when users are getting 100$ coupon many times with fraud. I think you should decide what payment method to use, than create a new one and add this method - with payment opition they shouldn't block yours account.

I think you are right. Leaving off the payment method and a URL to promote is probably what screwed me. I just thought it was like Adwords and anyone could have an account. I thought I would have time to do some KW research and figure out the right CPA offer that would meet their editorial guidelines. NO such luck.
