[Hiring Programmer] Moz API Key Checker and Bulk Moz URL check

Need a simple script using Mozscape API with 2 functions.

Function #1: Checks if Moz API keys are working
1. Create a request using an input API key and see if a value is returned. If value is returned, API key is working. Export all working API keys
2. Moz API keys are imported through an input file or GUI interface input box (your choice, depending on what language)

Function #2: Get values for a list of URLs through Moz API
1. Iterates through input file and checks for while rotating Moz API keys
2. Allow for number of threads
3. Use proxy support for each query
4. Allow for delay

Function #3: Proxy Support
1. Input list of proxies that are used for each query in the script/program

I don't care what language or if you create a GUI. Please tell me what language you plan to create this in and what is required to use it. Must be compatible with Windows
