Stuck in phone verification loop

Trying to run an account on Followliker with a french proxy. Every time I attempt to connect with user/pass auth format "111.111.111.111:1234:username: password" I get:

With IP auth:

Unable to login. Please check your proxy and also your username and password

Was anyone able to resolve this? Not sure what else to try, changed the proxies multiple times now, and rested for 3 days.

Im still confused how do we make it so we don't have to keep verifying the same account over and over again?

How do we get a phone number verified on the account? I see the option of two factor authorization on my personal IG but for a business account of mine i cannot get it to pop up even when i added a phone number and entered in the security code. Need help please. Thank you!

Me too, my personal account have two factor authorization.... But others don't have this option...
How can i change it
