Using Instagress... Only 30-40 follower increase per day?

I have an 8 month old account. I've posted 12 pictures on it in the past 8 months. It's my personal account, and before Instagress, i've been getting 50-90 likes on each picture through my normal friends and whatnot with around 550 followers total in the past 8 months (through real friends following me, and me not paying ANY attention to instagram, not really using it at all, ever)


As of 2 days ago, I looked into Instagress to see if I can grow my instagram account finally (after 8 months), I looked at all the setting options, watched the 40 minute tutorial video on Instagress. Do I need to be running it the whole day? I have it set on "slow", and i have a timer set to "stop in 3 hours" and i do it like 3x per day. So it runs for 9 hours per day. I have it set to liking others' pictures, and following others' on slow. Any suggestions? Or am I not running it rigoursly enough? This is my 2nd day on Instagress, and the bot, so far, has me following "234 people" as of today. Should I be following 600-700 per day?

Any suggestions or inputs would help please. Thanks!

Since your settings are really low I wouldn't expect to be getting a ton of followers. As recommended by instagress and most people, start on slow settings and then slowly build up to higher settings. Also probably start to run it more than 9 hours a day, but again, slowly change into this and don't do it suddenly.

If you were to put it on high settings straight away you would have a big chance of getting a ban, especially since you have only just started botting.

Also, 12 pictures over 8 months is not a lot at all. Most people recommend to post around 3 pics a day so that is also a big reason you aren't gaining many followers, but obviously it is hard to get good content for a personal account.

Last reason you aren't gaining many followers is simply because it is a personal account. People generally only follow personal accounts if they know the person or if the person is famous.

great. now post some content - except you look like a fucking supermodel (naked at that). then people will follow you with these 12 pictures anyway. they might also print out the pictures but let's leave that thought for another time.

add some very basic pics from your window. something really simple - like a cat on the street ... Make it look human

How many people are you guys following per day?

Also, are you guys using the "comment" option to auto add comments?

post more pictures
nobody is going to want to follow an account that doesnt even make posts, theres no reason they wont see any new stuff in their feed

just keep running instagress and try to be more active in posting
you can post anything throughout the day even a meme or two here helps keep activity
