Best method to emutale android device and give ratings

Hi,

I have tried to do multiple ratings with Andy Android emulator but the ratings didn't appear.
What do you suggest to do to make valid ratings which google will accept and will appear?
Is it possible that Andy is detected by Google and automatically recognized and my ratings got red flag?
If yes then which emulator is ideal for this?
Please advise if you have experience with this. Thanks in advance

I have waited more then a 5 days and yes I try it with Andy virtualization solution

Not positive it will work as I only used it for IG account creation, but check out Bluestacks. May be what you're looking for.
