Is there anything I should be doing with my Ebay accounts to prevent this/

I think the other sellers are reporting mine and they are much more suspicious and from places like China or India

Mostly, some of the items or just ones i no longer use but I cant get rid of them if they keep getting taken down

If you are selling branded items, the takedowns may be coming from the VERO rights holders which means that you have no practical way to dispute it.
