They simply suspended my account calling it "Mass email spam" without any warning or notification. Email spam means you are sending bulk emails (aka spam) to non opt in email addresses. Don't blame OP for this. Web hosting companies are not stupid to offer free trial and open themselves to mass email spammers. Stop trying to be smart and try to take advantage of free trials.

Look.... They have not specified where the spam is and suspended without warning. Their free test account is a lure to bring in more and more customers hoping to buy their unethical services. I just need my files back now. I am locked out of accessing that even.

When you sign up for hosting service (free or not) there is terms of service. Did you bother to read it? In the TOS, it states clearly what are the dos and donts.

Correct, your account was suspended for sending unsolicited bulk email (SPAM) and as such it was suspended. We do not allow our services to be used to send SPAM (paid accounts or free trial). We work very hard to ensure our IPs are clean and not listed on any blacklists to ensure the emails our clients send are received by the recipients.

To that end, our support team has already been in touch with you in regards to the issue and your account was already unsuspended (Your account was only suspended for a very short time, less than an hour) so you may take action to resolve the issue of SPAM being sent from your account.

I looked into your account and confirmed your account was indeed suspended due to malicious activity. Shortly after you began using your account it began attacking other WordPress websites and as such we suspended your account to not only protect the websites you were attacking, but our clients as well.

We do not allow our services to be used for attacking other websites, period.
