How many referring domains are there usually per PBN domain? Will there be 1 authority link or multiple? Also, some samples would be great please.

It depends but I can work with your requirements and budget. It depends also on how many you want. What exactly are you looking for. I PMed samples.
However, if you're not sure of the quality, you can ask my last customer here. I delivered his domains on Friday. Many of his had multiple links. Like one had 10+ US .edu sites, linked to as a resource. Not links you can buy or any of that. I remember for example I had a domain in the tech niche I wanted to give him, but it just wasn't his niche so he didn't take it. It mostly comes down to what's available. I can't create domains, but if you were in the tech niche and you ordered that day, you would have got a domain with the following links:
