Occasionally cannot reply to certain threads.

May be a minor bug or not but occasionally I will attempt to reply to a thread and it will not post either from the quick reply or if I click the 'More Options' button.

It happens on random threads in various boards so it doesn't seem to be restricted to one area, no, before anyone asks, the topic is not locked!

THIS thread is one I tried to reply to a few minutes ago and my reply would not post.

All being well when I click create thread here I will be able to post this so just showing how random this is.
