I can not predict this. I still feel that PPI has still long way to go. All you need to find is right partner that do not stuff trojans/virus and tons of useless offers. I made 17k within 2-3 months span so I am sure you can do that as well

Would you consider this an all or nothing type of business. For example, if you don't rank in the top 5, there is no money to be made?

SEO or organic is just a type of traffic. If you have good download traffic then it should work without rank. However, I am unsure about investment part. You need to figure that out

I left it because of some reasons which you mentioned already - Browsers and antivirus flags, also some PPI companies disappeared and I left without payout so I began to think that pay per install is dying. The big advantage for you if you know how to rank keywords, so if no secret could you please provide some tips about that? I tried manual link building, spamming with GSA, tiered link building, PBN, also parasite ranking method, bought SEO articles but nothing worked for me (All my landing pages in page SEO was nearly perfect) so, for now, I event do know where to start.... Also, how do you bundle the offer ? Do you have software for that purpose?
