Should I return the Item?

So, I have sold a pair of sneakers on eBay for $100. I sent the shoes about two weeks ago.

The funds have completely been sent to my paypal and I have spent all of it.

The shoes have came back for a reason I don't know of and the buyer isnt

responding to me messages should I be worried?

Tell the buyer you give them final 7 days to get back to you or the case between you and them is closed.

No refunds will be given as to a full explanation was not exsplained about the item.

I try to contact you on many occasion and been ignored.

Please be advised ebay advise me to contact you and try and sort all problams out with each over becouse you have ignored all my messages , the item in question will be destroyed within 7 days and there be no refund.

I will contact ebay and get them to file this
Information , so that ebay no that i did do
My best to sort out this situation.

Open a dispute case with eBay. But to be honest you are most likely going to have to refund. Assume the guy is going to make contact soon and give you a reason.....

contacting the buyer would be the most logical step to resolve it. Filing a dispute on Paypal will only lead to your refunding the transaction. Good luck mate!

eBay says buyer can return the item for any reason as long as buyer claims it's not as described. This line of reasoning won't work if it is escalated to a dispute.

once they do they'll ask for refund

but at least you got the product back

Dont ship the shoes again. Also don't sell them again.

Just hold onto the shoes until 6 months pass and a dispute can no longer be opened. Then re-sell them.

If the buyer contacts you or complains he didnt get it in the next 6 months - then try and work something out and re-ship if possible.

Dont listen to these fools saying to send a 7 day warning message and to email ebay...Thats not how things fucking work. Ebay doesnt give a shit. That was the most retated advice I have ever read "redarrow".

Seems a lot more hassle than actually coming up with the money and processing a refund.

If the buyer contacts you or complains he didnt get it in the next 6 months - then try and work something out and re-ship if possible.

At which point you will have to refund anyways. If the seller cancels transaction with "problem with customer address" as the reason the seller can walk away without a defect on record.
